| WILLCOM Expands Size of Email Mailbox from 1MB to 15MB
|
WILLCOM Inc. (headquarters located in Minato-ku, Tokyo; president Masaki Kikugawa) and WILLCOM OKINAWA Inc. (headquarters located in Naha-shi, Okinawa; president Tomokatsu Nakazato) will increase the capacity of mailboxes on its mail servers from the present 1MB to 15 MB as of March 25 in order to increase the convenience of the service.
Recently individual customers have been making use of larger than normal emails which include attached files such as photos and decorative mail that are decorated with color or animation. In addition, corporate clients often send and receive large volumes of business documents by email, such as forwarding messages with attached Word or Excel files to smart phones.
Therefore, the capacity of mailboxes on our mail servers has been expanded from the present 1MB to 15MB so that customers can more easily use the email service.
Furthermore, applying for either the WILLCOM Flat-Rate Plan or the WILLCOM Business Time Flat-Rate Triple Plan, which includes free email, even for those to and from other companies' mobile phones and computers, increases the convenience of the email service from both a cost and function perspective.
WILLCOM is aiming to expand all of its services to provide greater satisfaction to customers.
