| WILLCOM Announces the W-Value Select Plan
|
WILLCOM and WILLCOM Okinawa are pleased to announce W-Value Select, a new plan for current WILLCOM customers who are switching to a new handset which offers services at even more reasonable prices.
W-Value Select is in keeping with service offerings at reasonable prices suited to customer usage patterns, as exemplified by the WILLCOM Flat Rate Plan. For customers who purchase supported handsets at the W-Value Select price, the following service features will be offered.

W-Value Discount
A discount on the monthly usage fee will be given over a 24-month period.

W-Value Support
Comprehensive support service will be provided that includes water damage and irreparable damage over a 24-month period at no monthly cost.

Payment Plan for WILLCOM Handset Purchases. |
|
Customers have a choice of making payments divided into 24 equal payments (at 0% effective annual interest) or making payment in full.
With W-Value Select, customers will have greater options for purchasing a new handset when switching handsets, and in addition will be able to use their WILLCOM handset at an even more reasonable price, with the comfort of WILLCOM service.
For example, customers with the WILLCOM Flat Rate Plan and Data Flat Rate who switch to the Advanced/W-Zero3 [es] handset and use the service for 2 years will enjoy savings of 5,760 yen compared to the price of switching handsets under current pricing.
W-Value Select will launch in July 2007 with the release of the Advanced/W-Zero3 [es] and WX320T handsets. WILLCOM will continue to provide reasonably priced services with value that meets the needs of customers.

Select Service Conditions
The service applies to customers who switch
handsets by purchasing the W-Value Select
plan for a supported handset.
(This is only
for customers who have been using their
current handset for 10 months or longer.)
Supported handsets at the time of service
launch include the Advanced/W-Zero3 [es],
WX320T, and WX320K.
WILLCOM will consider
expanding the number of supported handsets
and offering this service for customers
who start a new subscription contract or
purchase a W-SIM style jacket. |

discount; 2) W-Value support; 3) Payment
