WILLCOM Adds 'Free Talk Time Carry Over Service' to
'Talk Pack to non-070'

WILLCOM Inc. and WILLCOM Okinawa are pleased to announce a 'Free Talk Time Carry Over Service' which will become available in the 'Talk Pack to non-070' from March 1st. The new service will allow users to carry over up to 6,300 yen (tax inclusive) worth of unused talk time for an unlimited period.
'Talk Pack to non-070' is an optional service exclusive to the 'WILLCOM Flat Rate Plan'. For a monthly charge of 1,050 yen, users can make 1,260 yen worth of free calls, for example, up to 60 minutes of talk time to land lines or up to 48 minutes to mobile phones, as well as up to 40 minutes to the United States. Besides allowing users to make free calls to non-070 numbers, this service also enables users to make cheaper calls to mobile phones of other companies and to land lines.
The service starts automatically when customers apply to the 'Talk Pack to non-070' plan.
