Willcom and Willcom Okinawa will release
Willcom's new 300-310 Series lineup of voice handsets.
Handsets of this new series will include a full browser
as a standard feature. The goal for these handsets is
to create a new standard of luxury for communications
so users can enjoy all communication features of voice,
email, and Internet comfortably and at a Fixed Rate.
In particular, the new series aims to achieve improved speeds in data communication, more robust security, improved usability, comfortable key response, better Internet related features, and higher resolution for cameras and screens.
With its Willcom Fixed Rate Plan introduced on May
1, Willcom became the first domestic mobile provider
to offer Fixed Rate Voice and Fixed Rate Email service.
In conjunction with the release of its new handset lineup,
the company will now offer Fixed Rate service for fixed
cost Internet access. With the new lineup and new fee
service plan, the goal is to not only provide superior
call quality and reasonable fixed fee service but to
also achieve customer satisfaction with handset functionality.
